Buttered Beans and Carrots (Waterless Cooking)

🍳 Cookware Used:

  • Large Gourmet Skillet ( Platinum Cookware)

🛠️ Utensils:

  • Platinum Processor

  • Messertahl Knife

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Baguio beans, ends trimmed

  • 3 carrots, grated

👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. Wash and string beans. Rinse grated carrots.

  2. Add to cold skillet without extra water.

  3. Cover and cook on medium heat. When the indicator reaches 40 on the temp alert knob, reduce to low.

  4. Cook for 20 minutes.
