Waterless Cooking Method in the Platinum Cookware
Utensils: 8-qt. Waterless Platinum Cookware
Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, cut into desired sizes
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup pure coconut milk
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the 8-qt. Platinum Cookware on medium heat until a drop of water beads and dances on the surface.
- Add the crushed garlic and brown it slightly.
- Add the chicken, coconut milk, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover with the lid and wait for the built-in temperature indicator to reach between 40-50 degrees.
- Once the indicator reaches this range, turn the heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.
- No need to add water—moisture from the chicken and coconut milk will create natural steam for cooking.
- Once done, serve hot with rice.
