- 1 chicken, cut into desired sizes
- 1/2 cup diluted coconut milk
- 1 red sweet pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. curry powder
- 1 onion, sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat your Platinum Cookware on medium heat until the moisture test confirms readiness (water beads and rolls).
