Chicken Curry in the Platinum Cookware

Utensils:

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken, cut into desired sizes
  • 1/2 cup diluted coconut milk
  • 1 red sweet pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Platinum Cookware on medium heat until the moisture test confirms readiness (water beads and rolls).
  2. Sauté garlic without oil, taking advantage of Platinum Cookware’s non-stick properties.
  3. Add the chicken, red pepper, salt, curry powder, and onion. Stir to mix.
  4. Cover with the lid and wait for the Thermo Control Knob to reach between 40-50.
  5. Once it reaches this range, turn the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, allowing the natural juices to cook the ingredients evenly.
  6. Add coconut milk and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. It should take 15-20 min to cook the chicken fully
  8. Serve hot, enjoying a meal cooked with maximum nutrient retention and rich flavors.
