CHICKEN-PORK ADOBO

Waterless Cooking Method in the Platinum Cookware

Utensils: 8-qt. Platinum Cookware

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. pork, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 medium-sized chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 1 small head garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 pcs. bay leaves
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 medium head garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the 8-qt. waterless Platinum Cookware on medium heat until water beads and rolls around the surface.
  2. Add the minced garlic and onion, and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add the pork, chicken, crushed garlic, bay leaves, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix.
  4. Cover with the lid and wait for the built-in temperature indicator to reach between 40-50 degrees.
  5. Once it reaches this range, reduce the heat to low and cook for 30 minutes.
  6. No extra water is needed—the natural juices from the meat will keep it moist.
  7. Once done, serve hot.

This version of the recipes ensures that the natural moisture from the ingredients is retained, enhancing flavor and nutrition while minimizing the need for added water.
