🧂 Ingredients:

6 hard-boiled eggs, shelled

6 large tomatoes

Cut the top off each tomato. Remove seeds and create a cavity for the egg.

Sprinkle the inside with salt and pepper.

Place one hard-boiled egg inside each tomato.

Arrange the stuffed tomatoes in the large skillet with a small amount of water beneath a steamer rack (or use the dome cover).

Cover and steam on medium heat. When the indicator reaches 40, reduce to low and steam for 5 minutes.
