🧂 Ingredients:

1 cup green beans
-
3 large potatoes, grated

1 onion, sliced

1/2 tsp salt

1 can garbanzo beans

1 cup sliced pork, boiled

1 cup chicken, boiled

1 cup singkamas, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 carrots, grated
-
1/2 tsp pepper

2 bunches lettuce
-
12 pcs. lumpia wrappers
👩🍳 Instructions:

In preheated wok/skillet, sauté garlic, onions, pork, and chicken without oil until slightly browned.

Add potatoes, carrots, green beans, singkamas, and garbanzos. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.

Once cooked, drain and wrap mixture in lettuce leaves and lumpia wrappers.

Serve with sauce of choice.
