Pabalat Lumpia (Lumpia Wrappers)

 Cookware Used:

  • Large Gourmet Skillet or Platinum Flex Pan

🛠️ Utensils:

  • Whisk

  • Ladle

  • Spatula

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 3/4 cup cornstarch

  • 1 1/2 cups water

👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mix eggs, cornstarch, and water until smooth.

  2. Heat empty 2 Qt. Sauce Pan until water beads on surface.

  3. Remove from heat and lightly spray with no-stick spray if desired.

  4. Pour 2–3 tbsp of batter and swirl quickly to cover bottom thinly.

  5. Cook briefly until the wrapper sets. Remove gently with a spatula.

  6. Repeat for remaining batter.
