🧂 Ingredients:

4 eggs

3/4 cup cornstarch

1 1/2 cups water
👩🍳 Instructions:

Mix eggs, cornstarch, and water until smooth.

Heat empty 2 Qt. Sauce Pan until water beads on surface.

Remove from heat and lightly spray with no-stick spray if desired.

Pour 2–3 tbsp of batter and swirl quickly to cover bottom thinly.

Cook briefly until the wrapper sets. Remove gently with a spatula.

Repeat for remaining batter.
