Papaya Pickles

🍳 Cookware Used:

  • Large Mixing Bowl

🛠️ Utensils:

  • Grater

  • Knife

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 small green papaya

  • 1 onion

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 pc. ginger

  • 2 cups vinegar

  • Salt and sugar (to taste)

👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. Soak your vegetable and fruits in Platinum Level 4 ( ph9.5-10.5 water for 10 min)
  2. Cut papaya into quarters, remove seeds, wash, and grate.

  3. Grate or slice onion, carrot, and ginger. ( You can use the Platinum Processor for the onion and carrot)

  4. Mix vinegar with salt and sugar.

  5. Combine vegetables with the vinegar mixture and toss thoroughly.

  6. Chill and serve.
