Pinakbet (Vegetable Stew with Shrimp Paste)

Waterless Cooking Method in the Platinum Cookware

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup squash, cubed

  • 1 cup eggplant, sliced

  • 1 cup bitter melon (ampalaya), sliced

  • 1 cup okra, whole

  • 1 cup string beans, cut

  • 1 tomato, chopped

  • 1 small onion, sliced

  • 2 tbsp shrimp paste (bagoong)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat 6-qt. cookware until surface is ready.

  2. Layer squash, eggplant, ampalaya, okra, and string beans.

  3. Top with tomato, onion, and bagoong.

  4. Cover and cook. Once indicator reaches 40–50°C, reduce to low.

  5. Simmer 15–20 minutes.

  6. Gently stir and serve.
