Waterless Cooking Method in the Platinum Cookware
Utensils: 6-qt. Platinum Cookware with Cover or Jumbo Skillet with Wok Dome Cover

Ingredients:

1 cup squash, cubed

1 cup eggplant, sliced
-
1 cup bitter melon (ampalaya), sliced

1 cup okra, whole
-
1 cup string beans, cut
-
1 tomato, chopped
-
1 small onion, sliced

2 tbsp shrimp paste (bagoong)
Instructions:

Preheat 6-qt. cookware until surface is ready.

Layer squash, eggplant, ampalaya, okra, and string beans.

Top with tomato, onion, and bagoong.

Cover and cook. Once indicator reaches 40–50°C, reduce to low.

Simmer 15–20 minutes.

Gently stir and serve.
