Waterless Cooking Method in the Platinum Cookware
Utensils: 8-qt. Platinum Cookware with Cover

Ingredients:

1 lb pork belly, cut into chunks

2 medium tomatoes, quartered

1 medium onion, sliced
-
1 cup daikon radish, sliced
-
1 cup eggplant, sliced
-
1 cup string beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
-
1 cup water spinach (kangkong) or bok choy
-
1 packet tamarind soup base or fresh tamarind extract
-
Salt and pepper to taste
- If you'd like to add okra & jalapeno ( this is a great option)
Instructions:

Preheat the 8-qt. Platinum Cookware on medium heat.

Layer pork, tomatoes, onions, radish, eggplant, then string beans.

Sprinkle tamarind base on top. Cover with lid.

When the indicator reaches 40–50°C, lower the heat to simmer.

Cook for 30 minutes, then add greens in the last 5 minutes.

Stir and serve hot.
